My name is Katrina D. Willis. As a former funeral director, I’ve seen firsthand how stressful legal requirements can be during life’s most difficult moments. I founded my mobile notary business to provide a calm, compassionate solution for those who cannot travel or are facing an emergency. Licensed and certified by the State of Washington, I specialise in bringing professional notary services directly to your home, hospital, jail/prison, nursing home, or office. My goal is to handle your paperwork with the same care and dignity I’ve provided families for years, ensuring your documents are completed accurately and without added stress. 

I spent years helping families navigate life’s most significant and emotional transitions. Today, I bring that same empathy and presence to my work as a wedding officiant/funeral celebrant in Washington. From couples who want a meaningful, non-religious wedding ceremony to families who want to celebrate their deceased loved one's life to the fullest, but don’t know where to turn. Licensed, certified, and deeply committed to inclusivity, I am here to ensure your legal and life milestones are handled with the dignity and care they deserve. 

When I'm not performing the various above duties, I am usually spending time with my chosen family, my two cats, and my dog. I have also been known to attend many entertaining events such as concerts, comedy shows, and theater. I love to go thrifting and sometimes like to sing karaoke.
